Change Address Settings

 

To change your address settings, follow these steps.

 

1.Open the ADMINISTRATION tab by selecting View - Administration from the menu.
2.On the ADMINISTRATION tab, select the Address Types category in the left-hand pane to expand it.
3.Select the Address Settings section.
4.Click the "Edit" button on the toolbar, select File - Edit from the menu, or place your mouse over the address types, right click, and select Edit from the Right click menu.
1.If desired, select the "Show Country" checkbox.
2.If desired, select the "Hide Zip Plus 4 Field" checkbox.
3.If desired, enter a new label for the State/ Prov Description field.
4.If desired, enter a new label for the Zip/Postal Description field.
5.Click the "Save" button on the toolbar, select File - Save from the menu, or place your mouse over the address types, right click, and select Save from the Right click menu.

 

All users will need to exit and re-open RecruitTrack™ to have the change take effect.
