Creating a New Task

If you want to make sure that an item ends up on your task list, click the "New Task" image12 button on the toolbar.  It will uncheck the "Completed" checkbox when it opens the new journal entry screen.  This toolbar button is available when ever you have an individual, employer, or job order record open.

 

 

Alternatively, you can right-click on the Journal tab of any record and select Add Task from the menu.
