Combine Work History and Attachments Search for AND and OR Terms

Here is an example of a search that will try to combine ANDs and ORs:

When you perform this kind of search, you are looking for someone who is both a baker and a pastry chef with either cakes or pies as his/her specialty.  But, just because it's clear to you, doesn't mean it will be clear to the system.  It will most likely look for someone who is a baker and pastry chef and cakes or someone who has pies.

To get the results you want, you can combine the Attachments search with a  Work History search.  When you parse a resume, the summary information from each position is stored in the Employment Notes section.  So, you can combine Attachments and Work History to get the results you want, as in the example below.
