Telephone Settings
If you have a TAPI compliant or Voice Modem phone system, you can dial directly from RecruitTrack™. You must first specify the information needed to dial out on your system to use this feature. Follow the steps below.
| 2. | Expand System / Form Settings. |
| 3. | In the left-hand pane, click on Dialing Options. |
| 4. | Click the button on the toolbar or select from the menu. |
| 5. | In the right-hand pane, check the checkbox. |
| 6. | Enter the code you must enter to access an outside line in the To access outside line, dial field. |
| 7. | Click the button on the toolbar or select from the menu. |
